An individual project proposal is to be submitted by 11:59pm on 01/23.
The individual project proposal should consist of AT LEAST one full page of detailed written description of the device you are proposing to build.  The more specific you are, the better.

Modifications or resubmittals of project proposals are to be completed by 11:59pm on 01/27.

A complete "Use Case" description of the project requirements is to be submitted by 11:59pm on 01/31. The "Use Case" should include the complete project description.

A preliminary submittal of the project showing an Object Model Diagram with all objects, associations, attributes and operations and any additional progress to date including a description of any difficulties you are having, should be submitted by 11:59pm on 02/05.

A final version of the project is to be turned in by the beginning of class on 02/18.

The report of your final version should be submitted BOTH electronically to the drop box and printed and given to me on 02/18 at the beginning of class.

This schedule should give you plenty of time to do this project. Keep in mind that the COEN lab in the RM#605 wil be open nights until 12:00pm.

NO LATE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

This project will count for 33% of your class grade.

The grading for each project will consist of the following items:

1. Complexity - factor of (.9 - 1.0)
2. Runs - weight of 6
3. Documentation - weight of 7
4. Use Case/Project Description - weight of 5
5. Design - weight of 8

Grade = A*((B*6+C*7+D*5+E*8)/(6+7+5+8))
